Lahore to Naran is a genuine road-trip — about 500–525 km and 8–10 hours — but the motorway network has tamed it: you are on the M-2 within minutes of Thokar Niaz Baig and don't leave motorway-grade road until Mansehra. Our Lahore group departures leave at night or first light, turning the long haul into a comfortable sleep-and-arrive experience, with group and private departures available; exact inclusions and the current rate are confirmed for your travel dates.

For families, the 5-day Lahore package is the one we recommend most: the extra day absorbs the longer travel and keeps the valley days unhurried.

FAQ

Naran Tour Packages from Lahore — FAQ

About 500–525 km and 8–10 driving hours: 4 on the M-2 to Islamabad, up to 2 more to Mansehra on the Hazara Motorway, then 3–4 on the N-15 valley road. Overnight coaches make it feel far shorter.

Yes — our most popular Lahore option: depart 10–11 PM, sleep on the coaster, breakfast near Mansehra and arrive Naran late morning with the whole day ahead. Daytime 5–6 AM departures also run.

Package pricing from Lahore depends on travel dates, group size, hotel category, vehicle and exact inclusions. Review the current package pages as a guide and request a written quotation for your pickup city before booking.

Thokar Niaz Baig, Kalma Chowk, Ferozepur Road and Jail Road are standard; private tours pick up at your doorstep anywhere in Lahore. Johar Town and DHA passengers usually board at Thokar.

It works but is travel-heavy — two of three days are substantially on the road. We honestly recommend the 4 or 5-day Lahore packages, which keep full days for Saif ul Malook, Babusar and Shogran.

Yes — private itineraries often overnight in Islamabad or Abbottabad, or make Shogran the first night (an hour before Naran). It suits families with young children particularly well.

Motorway-grade from Lahore to Mansehra (M-2 + M-15); the final N-15 valley stretch is a paved national highway along the river — slower and prettier. No unpaved driving except the included jeep tracks.

Thursday-night or Friday-dawn departures capture the weekend; Sunday/Monday departures enjoy the emptiest valley. July–August weekends should be booked 2–3 weeks ahead.

Meal plans vary by package and hotel. Many multi-day tours include breakfast, while roadside meal stops and full-board upgrades depend on the selected itinerary. Check the package page and your written quotation for the exact meal plan.

Dress in layers: it may be 40°C leaving Lahore and 10°C that night in Naran. Keep one warm jacket per person in your day bag, not the roof luggage — you will want it at the first Kiwai chai stop.

Gujranwala and Sialkot travellers can board at M-11/M-2 junction points by arrangement; Faisalabad has its own dedicated departures — see our Faisalabad page. WhatsApp us and we will route you sensibly.

WhatsApp 0333-0140484 with your dates and group size. After the written quote, pay a 30% advance for a standard group booking or 40% for a luxury/custom booking via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer; receive your pickup point and time by message.
