Every NaranTours trip is run by two teams working together: the operations desk in Islamabad that plans, books and monitors, and the local guides in the valley who lead you on the ground.
Operations Team — Islamabad
Based at our DHA Phase 1 office, the operations team handles bookings, hotel allocation, transport scheduling and the daily weather-and-roads check that decides how each tour’s days are ordered. They answer the WhatsApp line (0333-0140484) from 8 AM to 10 PM, every day of the season — usually within minutes.
Our Valley Guides
Our guides are licensed local men from Naran, Kaghan and Balakot who have grown up on these roads and trails. Each guide leading NaranTours groups is trained in first aid, carries the group’s contingency fund and satellite-independent communication plan for the no-signal zones, and — most importantly — knows the valley’s rhythms: when Saif ul Malook mirrors, which Babusar mornings will clear, where families picnic best at Jalkhad.
Guide Standards
Every guide on our tours: is licensed and CNIC-verified with the company; has completed first-aid orientation; carries emergency contacts for rescue, police posts and the nearest medical facilities at each stage of the valley; and is empowered to reorder itinerary days for weather without waiting for head office. Guests rate their guide after every tour — those ratings decide who leads next season’s departures.
