Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance is received and written confirmation is issued. The applicable advance, balance due date and payment method are stated in your quotation or confirmation.
Prices & Availability
Prices shown on the website are indicative unless a specific written quotation states otherwise. Hotels, vehicles, jeep fares and other third-party services remain subject to availability and seasonal price changes until confirmed.
Itinerary Changes
Mountain travel is affected by weather, road conditions and official restrictions. We may reorder, substitute or omit activities when reasonably necessary for safety or access. Any material change will be communicated as early as practicable.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, following safety instructions, carrying required identification and disclosing any mobility or medical consideration that may affect participation in high-altitude or strenuous activities.
Third-Party Services
Hotels, airlines, jeep unions and other independent suppliers provide some services. We coordinate those services as part of your booking but their own operational rules may also apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our published Cancellation & Refund Policy applies unless your written quotation states different terms for a custom or peak-period booking.
