The Booking Process
1. WhatsApp 0333-0140484 with your preferred package, dates and group size. 2. We confirm availability, exact price and pickup point in writing. 3. Pay the 30% advance (40% for luxury/custom trips) to the account details we send — always in writing from our official number. 4. You receive a written booking confirmation with itinerary, hotel names, pickup time and your guide’s contact. 5. Balance is due on departure day before boarding.
Receipts & Verification
Every payment is acknowledged in writing on WhatsApp from our official number with your booking reference. We never ask for payment to personal accounts announced by phone call — if anyone does, verify with the official number before sending anything. Our registration (#9883) and office address (Office 2, Anaya Arcade, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad) appear on all confirmations.
Prices & What They Include
Quoted package prices include transport, listed hotel nights, the Saif ul Malook jeep safari, guide and listed meals — per person, with children’s discounts quoted case-by-case. See the cancellation policy for refund terms.
